Description
This booklet published by the USDA Forest Service, in cooperation with the California State Parks OHV Division, gives directions for several point to point trips through the Plumas National Forest backcountry. The routes described in this book travel from south to north and encompass nearly 150 miles , including 38 paved miles, plus giving directions for 71 miles of alternate routes available for short-wheelbase, 4-wheel-drive vehicles). A perfect way to begin your backcountry explorations of the 1,146,000 acres of the Plumas National Forest. Profusely illustrated with color and b/w photos and route maps.
